Welcome to Riad Kantarell

Riad Kantarell has, for many years, undergone a sensitive and thoughtful renovation. The Riad is situated in the popular tourist friendly Kasbah in the heart of the medina, 5 minutes walk to Jamaa El Fna square. Kasbah is a very peaceful and quiet area with always friendly and helpful Marrakech citizen, a great contrast to the nocturnal active Jamaa El Fna square.

The design of the Riad was made by the international well known artist and architect Leif (see: www.counterpoint.dk) and his wife. The Authentic Riad offers a combination of modern design with traditional Moroccan architecture which bring the experience of the fantastic oriental environment.

For art lovers there is a 20 artwork made by Leif.e.Boman to behold, and one of his most important works of all the world's countries (196) earth have been installed in the riad. Room's name originates from artists who have been important in Leif.e.Bomans long artistic life.

The Riad is completely restored by the Swedish building regulations in terms of room ventilation, etc. All toilets / showers have mechanical ventilation. Riad Kantarell is guaranteed mold free and ensures good air change of pace in all rooms. Riad Kantarell makes great demands on fresh and clean room and WC / shower. Most bedrooms have warm wooden floors.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heat and cold, and have their own bathroom with mechanical ventilation. Wi-fi is available throughout the riad. There is a computer station in the riad for guest use. Breakfast buffeé is served each morning in the riad patio near the relaxation pool or on the confidential terrace where you can enjoy the silence, birdsong, sun and refreshment at the terrace's 2 showers.

Riad Kantarell is located 10 minutes from both Marrakech International Airport and Royal golf, where many international greats have played and where the European tour took place.
